Hi Alfie, we've just been reading about your latest day and I'm wondering how much money you have been diddled out of already?! I'm really glad the kids liked the planes and party whistles and I'm impressed that you did a bit of teaching.
I wondered if you read the messages we sent you yesterday. I still want to know about the book you were reading. Also could you tell Patrick that his blog was brilliant and hillarious (it made us all really laugh).
Today we went to St Andrews for Charlies parents evening and every one asked after you.
Enjoy Heroes Day tomorrow and your day off. Keep putting on the sun cream and insect repellant and BE GOOD! :o)

Just to let you know that the book Alfie was reading was Inflight Science, so nothing rude, but you know how interested that boy is in all things Science....even at 3am!

Wow! I can't believe how little mess has been made since you left. There are no wet towels in your bed, no dirty clothes on the floor, no mayo smeared onthe work top and no scooter dumped in the porch......why am I missing you then?!!!
Only one more day left until half term and we go on holiday with Sandra and Lily. I'm looking forward to that as the cottage in Plymouth looks really lovely.
I am so proud of you for going to Mombasa - I think it must be an amazing experience and I'm sure you are making the most of it. Please take loads of photos so you can share your experiences when you get home (or if you can post any on the blogs that would be even better).
Look forward to hearing all about your day at Fort Jesus tonight when you blog.
Lots of love
Mum xxx
