Harrison holiday blog – day 6

When we awoke this morning it was raining by the bucket load. After watching the weather forecast for the rest of the day we decided to swap our plans for Thursday and Friday around. Therefore we pottered about for the morning before heading into Noss Mayo for a lovely pub lunch at the Swan. The food was lovely homecooked and locally produced. Delicious! In the afternoon I had a little snooze and then we made chocolate chip cookies. We went swimming and then came back for cheese on toast in front of the fire with hot chocolate and a bit of telly. All in all a very relaxing day.
I loved the photos and it sounds as though your PE lesson was rather challenging. Never mind, I am sure you are learning all the time. I am so impressed that you are teaching as I think it can be challenging even for trained teachers who have been teaching for years. To impart knowledge is a wonderful gift. You seem to be growing up so much and you even look older when I see you in the photos. Make the most of your remaining few days, enjoy the safari and come home safe and sound.
I hope you have some wonderful memories and perhaps some valuable life lessons.
Missing you more each day.
Love Mum xxx
